I am writing a story of sophisticated vampires and the lead owns a huge estate but i cant seem to get out of?

writing in a room. Every conversation ends p in a room. I’m starting to get frustrated. I also use the same words especially when it comes to the eyes. I also can’t seem to get personal with the characters like there insghts. My plot is really good. I know vampire readers would love it. I just want to show the sophisticated side of the vampire, unlike the many books that make vampires disgusting.
