How often do vampires have to feed?

Obviously vampires don’t need 3 square meals a day like humans do, otherwise they’d suck the entire neighboring village dry in a few months (if not sooner). How much blood would a vampire have to drink to sustain itself? Would drinking an entire human last it a week? Would a cow sustain it for two?
Let’s keep the Dracula/Nosferatu mythology in mind. Pardon me for sounding closed-minded, but I’m naturally inclined to think that anyone claiming to be a vampire is just confused.

Vampires do not need to drain kill their victims thus they can feed from the base some never get full some are working with some use synthetic replacements etc also depending on the same one several or.

They have to feed once every 2 weeks. Kind of like snake.
